Description
The microspectrophotometer is a microscope that can measure the transmittance, absorbance, reflectance, polarization, fluorescence and luminescence spectra of microscopic samples in the ultraviolet, visible and infrared wavelength, UV-VIS-NIR, range. A 532nm laser can be used for Raman measurements.
