Bruker D8 Discover

Bruker D8 Discover has an Eulerian quarter cradle goniometer and is configured with parallel beam optics that can be collimated to a line beam or spot profile. The detector can be positioned along a dove tail track at various distances to achieve desired angular coverage and resolution. Anton-Paar DHS 900 domed hot stage facilitates the heating of the sample from room temperature to 900 de C in vacuum or an inert atmosphere.
