NNCI REU Program at Montana State University
The MONT node of NNCI supports a number of REU programs at Montana State University.
The active research groups of the Montana State University Electrical and Computer Engineering Department will offer up to 10 REU positions for summer 2022. The majority of the research projects will involve developing and using optical and acoustic techniques to understand the world around us. A subset of these projects will focus on nanotechnology. Project descriptions are provided at the program website. The REU program will run from May 31–August 5, 2022. MONT REU participants will be encouraged and supported to attend the networked NNCI REU Convocation held at The Kentucky Multi-Scale Manufacturing and Nano Integration Node from August 8-10. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, and full-time undergraduates. Participants will receive a $5,000 stipend, travel support to and from Bozeman, and lodging. Applications from underrepresented groups are particularly welcome.
